The Role
We are seeking a talented Commercial Property Manager Assistant to join the dynamic team at Explore Property Commercial Mackay and Whitsundays' office in Mackay, QLD. This is a full-time opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to provide essential administrative support to our Commercial Property Managers.
Key Responsibilities
* Completing property management processes to support the property management team - such as setting up contractors, collating insurance records, following up quotations, key release and diary management
* Maintaining detailed property records and lease documentation including all compliance records
* Coordinating property inspections and liaising with tenants
* Preparing property reports and correspondence
* Providing administrative support to the Commercial Property Management team
* Assisting with the coordination of property maintenance and repairs
* Handling tenant inquiries and providing excellent customer service
* Supporting the implementation of property management strategies

* Proven experience in a process driven administration role
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* A keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently
* You are a do-er - you are enthusiastic, resourceful and are driven to deliver the best possible results, every time;
* Strong sense of pride in your work, and initiative to go over and above.
* A friendly and customer-focused approach
* Knowledge of the commercial property industry is desirable but certainly not essential. A keen eagerness to learn, however, is essential!
