About the Role: We're seeking a licensed Master Plumber to join a growing reactive maintenance business servicing Melbourne's south eastern suburbs. This role starts hands-on across plumbing, drainage and gas, while also acting as the technical lead. As the team expands, you'll transition into a more office-based leadership and quoting role. Perfect for someone ready to step up. Tasks & Responsibilities: Perform plumbing, drainage and gas works Act as technical lead and support on-site team members Oversee workmanship and compliance standards Manage quoting and client queries Liaise with suppliers and site supervisors Review supplier invoices and manage materials ordering Ensure accurate job tracking using field service software Maintain strong communication with admin and leadership Skills & Experience: Cert III in Plumbing VIC Plumbing Licence (Cert IV/Contractor licence essential) Gas Fitting licence Experience in maintenance plumbing Willingness to act as company nominee Strong quoting and problem-solving skills Leadership capability and solid communication skills Current driver's licence, White Card & Police Check Benefits & Perks: $90,000 - $110,000 Super Fully stocked company vehicle Uniform provided Phone allowance Clear pathway into management Permanent, full-time opportunity About the Company: Our client is a highly reputable maintenance plumbing business focused on reactive maintenance.
