Overview
The Children's Services Systems & Administration Manager plays a key leadership role in overseeing the effective operation of business systems, administrative processes, and financial functions that support YMCA Children's Services. This position ensures the delivery of high-quality, compliant administrative support through the management of systems, data, and accounts, and provides guidance to a multidisciplinary team responsible for systems administration, financial processing, and service support.
Accountability
* Maintenance and optimisation of core business systems
* Successful implementation of new technologies
* Provision of data analytics to inform decision making
* Project planning and execution for system improvements and ensuring that all processes comply with relevant legislation, including Family Assistance Law and Child Care Subsidy requirements
About You
* Minimum three years experience as an administrator in a reasonably complex role in a medium to large organisation
* A relevant qualification in Business at a Certificate level
* Ability to perform a range of administrative duties, including data and word processing, filing, photocopying and reception, with the ability to prioritise work and meet set deadlines
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Demonstrated sound competence in the use of computers and application software packages including Microsoft Office Suite
* Experience in children's services and/or a not-for‐profit workplace would be advantageous
* Demonstrated experience working in Accounts doing Debtors and Creditors Reconciliations
* Knowledge of relevant legislation regarding the Administration of Family Assistance Law
* Knowledge of and compliance with National Quality Framework and commitment to high quality customer service
