As we continue to grow, we're lifting the standards of how we run sales: improving CRM discipline, making reporting decision‐useful, strengthening forecasting confidence, and simplifying end‐to‐end sales processes so teams can focus on customers and outcomes. You'll work closely with Sales Leaders, Sales Enablement, Finance, IT, Legal, Supply Chain, Delivery and Marketing/Product to ensure reliable CRM data, consistent sales processes, renewal readiness and predictable performance.
Responsibilities
* Own CRM standards, usage discipline, data hygiene and audits; drive adoption through enablement, coaching and practical support.
* Partner across the commercial engine (Sales, Finance, Delivery, Legal/IT) to gain end‐to‐end visibility and influence.
* Serve as the CRM SME, support onboarding, training and ongoing coaching so teams use the CRM consistently and effectively.
* Strengthen pipeline hygiene and forecasting confidence by partnering with Sales Managers to progress opportunities and improve predictability.
* Streamline end‐to‐end sales workflows (lead‐to‐close), improve handoffs, reduce admin and drive consistency through smarter process and CRM enhancements.
* Oversee SO/PO processing in CRM to ensure accuracy, approvals and effective coordination with Finance, Supply Chain and Delivery.
* Coordinate contract creation, tracking, storage and renewals; make key dates visible and surface renewal risks early.
* Lead or support sales operations initiatives (e.g., CRM enhancements, renewal readiness, technology refreshes, process improvement projects) and coordinate with Product/Marketing/Sales Enablement on GTM readiness.
* Maintain strong documentation, data handling and operational governance aligned to company expectations (including quality and safety requirements).
Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or Sales Analytics (B2B, multi‐territory exposure desirable).
* Strong capability in CRM governance and adoption (Salesforce, HubSpot, SugarCRM, etc.), including dashboards and reporting.
* Proven ability to turn data into practical actions that improve pipeline management, forecasting and sales execution.
* Experience delivering projects/programmes that support sales performance (CRM uplift, renewals, technology refreshes, process improvements).
* Strong cross‐functional collaboration skills across Sales, Finance, IT, Legal, Supply Chain and Delivery; able to operate effectively in a fast‐moving environment where priorities evolve.
