We are seeking a seasoned executive to oversee the delivery of our federal government contracted Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) program in South East QLD. This key role will lead multiple sites and teams, leveraging strong leadership skills and hands-on management expertise to drive strategic and operational service delivery.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in regional management, preferably within Employment Services, Disability Employment, Vocational Rehabilitation or Allied Health sectors. Multi-site management experience, including remote team management, is essential for this position.
A critical aspect of this role is leadership, people management, professional development, and performance improvement. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional stakeholder management, community engagement, relationship building, and business development skills.
