About the Role
Snap Fitness Dalby is seeking a passionate and driven Club Manager to lead our facility. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee daily operations, drive sales and marketing initiatives, and create an exceptional member experience. You'll play a key part in building the club's success and fostering strong connections with the local community.
What You'll Be Doing
* Manage daily club operations including staff scheduling, membership administration, and inventory control
* Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve member queries promptly
* Drive sales through community outreach, corporate partnerships, and marketing campaigns
* Develop and implement strategies to boost member engagement, retention, and growth
* Lead, coach, and inspire a team of fitness professionals
* Ensure the club maintains high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance
* Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to achieve KPIs and business goals
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 2 years' experience in fitness club management or a supervisory role (preferred)
* Strong customer service orientation with a passion for health and fitness
* Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
* Skills in sales, marketing, and financial management
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Qualifications in sport, recreation, or business management are highly desirable
