The Role
This senior leadership position will drive strategic growth and profitability by leading key agronomic segments, precision agronomy, animal health, and tech service teams as well as sustainable farming services. Responsibilities include:
* Develop and execute strategies to expand market share.
* Build relationships with clients across the broader network and ensure ongoing client engagement.
* Drive sales and fee-for-service growth.
* Champion a safety leadership culture and ensure compliance across team segments.
* Foster team leadership, including team retention rates and developing internal leaders and technical experts.
The Person
We seek a candidate with extensive experience managing high-performing teams, technical agronomic expertise, and a continuous learning mindset to maintain knowledge of industry innovations and emerging sustainability trends.
This role offers considerable flexibility for remote work; however, extensive travel across the East Coast of Australia is required.
