About the role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced (Junior Preferred) Creche Carer to join our team at Plus Fitness Albion Park. This casual role will involve providing high-quality care and supervision for children in our on-site creche while their parents work out.
What you'll be doing
* Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children in the creche at all times
* Organising and leading engaging and age-appropriate activities, games and playtime for children
* Providing a nurturing, supportive and inclusive environment for children
* Adhering to all relevant childcare regulations and centre policies
* Maintaining accurate records and completing required documentation
* Communicating effectively with parents and guardians about their child's care and development
What we're looking for
* Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or a similar field
* Junior applicants preferred
* Demonstrated experience in a childcare or creche environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational and time management abilities
* A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth and development
* A current Working with Children Check and First Aid certification
