As a Senior AI Automation Engineer, you will design, implement, and optimize intelligent automation solutions that enhance efficiency and innovation across global digital operations. You will work on cutting‑edge AI technologies, creating automated workflows, predictive models, and intelligent systems that drive measurable business impact. Collaborating with cross‑functional teams in a remote‑first environment, you will influence project architecture, mentor junior engineers, and deliver scalable solutions that support complex, large‑scale operations. Accountabilities

- Design, develop, and deploy AI‑driven automation workflows, predictive models, and intelligent solutions to optimize business processes.

- Conduct thorough testing, validation, and performance tuning to ensure robust, reliable AI solutions.

Requirements

- Proven experience in AI, machine learning, and automation technologies, with hands‑on software development expertise.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or R, and experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar).
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with data analysis, model evaluation, and statistical methods to derive actionable insights.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work independently in a remote‑first environment.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across global teams and mentor colleagues.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related field.
