About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Water Treatment Systems Specialist to join our team in Helensvale, Queensland. This full-time role is essential in supporting our nationwide network of distributors who manage onsite wastewater treatment systems for both residential and commercial applications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Travel to customer and distributor sites to provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting
* Conduct inspections, maintenance, and repairs of FujiClean wastewater treatment systems
* Collaborate with local teams to resolve issues efficiently and professionally
* Deliver product training and technical guidance to distributor teams
Requirements:
We are looking for someone with interest or experience in field work, customer support, plumbing, electrical systems, wastewater treatment, or related fields. A hands-on problem solver who enjoys working in the field is ideal. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset are also required.
