You will be responsible for facilitating and overseeing moving operations and coordination.
This is a potential manager position while no previous experience in the industry is required.
A valid driver's license and the ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle are required.
ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and oversee the physical handling, packing, and transportation of household goods, including international air and ocean freight forwarding, as well as warehousing operations, ensuring all activities meet company service standards and compliance requirements.
Manage corporate and private client accounts, overseeing booking arrangements, job scheduling, and the end-to-end execution of relocation and logistics services.
Maintain and administer business records, including documentation related to the import and export of shipments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory and company policies.
Prepare and provide job quotations for relocation and logistics services, including detailed cost estimates for packing, transportation, shipping, and storage based on client requirements.
Customer services and client communication in Japanese and EnglishYour ProfileProficiency in Japanese (native or N1 level) and business-level English.Experience in moving services would be great but not essential.Passion for learning and self-development.
Ability to exercise manual handling, lifting, and moving objects.
Strong work ethics and moral behavior.
Ability to work independently and autonomously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A valid driver's license and the ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle are required.
Permanent full work right in Australia.
