About the Role
As Mable's Social Media Content Expert you will lead how we connect, engage, and grow our community. You will design and execute a social strategy that amplifies our brand values, showcases powerful stories, and strengthens customer engagement across Australia.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with marketing goals to increase brand awareness, consideration, and conversion.
Create a social playbook that defines content and creative approaches for Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
Support Mable service lines and other brands in the Attain Healthtech group with strategic social initiatives.
Collaborate with the Brand Experience team to ideate campaigns, product launches, legislative changes, and creative approaches across brand channels.
Research, produce, edit, copywrite, and schedule content; work closely with the internal creative studio on broader campaigns.
Manage outreach, briefing, and support throughout content creation.
Lead and inspire a Social Media Specialist responsible for moderating content and engaging the community.
Drive organic boosting to meet engagement and reach objectives in partnership with the performance team.
Ensure organic and paid social are cohesive, on brand, and aligned with performance goals.
Monitor and analyse key social media metrics (engagement, reach, conversion) using Sprout and Google Analytics.
Provide regular reports and actionable insights to optimize performance.
Stay ahead of social media trends, recommend innovative strategies and creators, and evolve our presence and performance.
What We Are Looking For
5+ years of experience in social media management; industry experience a plus.
Proven success in developing and implementing effective strategies and campaigns.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Deep knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and related tools.
Strong creativity and ability to generate unique, engaging content ideas.
Experience in community management and fostering positive conversations.
Proficiency in analysing metrics and optimizing strategies to meet business goals.
Strong time-management skills; able to juggle multiple platforms and campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative mindset, positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to contribute to team success.
