Reliability Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced Reliability Specialist to join our Maintenance team at our Kwinana refinery.
This role involves maintaining asset health and performance of equipment and systems through business work management and reliability processes, supporting the deployment of business readiness activities associated with maintenance systems readiness, actively participating in Refinery commissioning, producing high-quality maintenance packages of work and schedules, and ensuring maximum equipment reliability and labour productivity.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience working in a Reliability Planning role in a mining/processing/oil & gas environment, trade certificate in mechanical trade or Mechanical Engineering Certification, and be competent with Computerised Maintenance Management System (SAP desirable).
This is a permanent, full-time position based at Kwinana.
* Active participation in the establishment of a health and safety culture through hazard awareness and reporting
* Enable proactive maintenance through the deployment of maintenance strategies, liaising with Senior Planners and engineers
* Develop and maintain plant and equipment master data required for safe and reliable operation
* Identify risks that may compromise refinery performance/quality outcomes and elevate concerns for mitigation of potential impacts
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and implementation of maintenance strategies to ensure optimal equipment performance and reliability
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize maintenance activities
* Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance records and reports
* Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to prevent potential equipment failures
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a Reliability Planning role in a mining/processing/oil & gas environment
* Trade certificate in mechanical trade or Mechanical Engineering Certification
* Competence with Computerised Maintenance Management System (SAP desirable)
