As a Consultant Psychiatrist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality psychiatric care across community and forensic settings. Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver expert psychiatric care across community and forensic settings with a 50:50 split.
* Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to improve mental health outcomes.
* Contribute to teaching psychiatry to medical students and postgraduate trainees.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* Fellowship with the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (FRANZCP) or equivalent.
* Specialist registration with the Medical Board of Australia.
* A genuine interest in rural and remote health and a commitment to culturally sensitive care.
