Overview
This full-time, permanent role offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to work across multiple sites in the Sydney Metro area. A company tool of trade work ute, phone, uniforms, and PPE are provided. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you'll be responsible for preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance on batching plants, conveyors, motors, PLCs and control systems.
Responsibilities
* Fault finding and reducing unplanned downtime.
* Supporting plant upgrades and continuous improvement projects.
* Ensuring compliance with WHS legislation, Australian electrical standards and internal safety protocols.
* Collaborating with production teams to minimise disruption.
* Maintaining accurate service records and supporting contractors on site.
Qualifications
* NSW Electrical Trade Qualification.
* Current Australian Driver's Licence & White Card.
* High Risk Work Licence (e.g. EWP).
* Industrial maintenance experience (concrete, mining, manufacturing, or heavy industry preferred).
* Strong fault‐finding skills across LV motors, control wiring, sensors and automation.
* PLC and batching control system knowledge (advantageous).
* Ability to interpret schematics and work independently or in a team.
* Other tickets (highly regarded): First Aid, CPR, LV Rescue, Forklift, CN.
