What are we looking for?

We're looking for someone with sales experience in a similar or related industrywho's ready to step up into an autonomous Capital Equipment Sales role. If you've got the drive to build relationships, the confidence to chase opportunities, and the smarts to deliver results, we'll give you the tools and training to make it happen.

About You

* Capital Equipment Sales experience highly regarded
* Previous experience in a sales or BDM role (or ready to step into one)
* Highly motivated and results-driven with a can-do attitude
* Able to work with autonomy while being a strong team player
* Commercially savvy with solid communication and IT skills

What will you be doing?

* Drive sales by aligning customer needs with Caterpillar Lift Trucks: a globally recognised brand built on quality, durability, and reliability. Backed by a strong reputation, CAT brings confidence and credibility to every customer interaction
* Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities within the material handling industry
* Leverage existing networks while continuously developing new connections to generate leads
* Pinpoint opportunities to deliver added value through tailored material handling solutions
* Conduct thorough on-site assessments to understand customer requirements and operational needs
* Achieve business goals in accordance with the budget requirements
* Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients while securing new business
