**Recruitment Officer, Clerk Grade 3/4**
- Temporary Full-Time Opportunities for up to 12 months
- Role commencing January 2025
- Sydney Central Location
- Flexible/hybrid working conditions available

Legal Aid NSW is a state-wide independent government agency that helps people in NSW with their legal problems. We can help people with most areas of criminal law, family law and every day civil law legal issues. We provide legal advice and representation through a network of offices and outreach locations across NSW.

**About the role**

Be part of the new Legal Aid Talent Acquisition transformation

The Recruitment Officer will primarily be responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment cycle, involving drafting and issuing employment contracts, scheduling interviews, HR systems maintenance and managing the onboarding process.

**About you**

We are looking for a committed individual who has a passion for administrative work to join the Legal Aid NSW Recruitment team. Collaboration, commitment and drive conveys your work ethic and is the key to contributing to success. You have exceptional time management skills to prioritise and deliver competing priorities under a fast-paced environment.

You thrive on building robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders and with your excellent communication and teamwork capabilities, you have a high success rate in completing recruitment tasks within set timeframes.

Along with your strong attention to detail, innovation and passion for administrative tasks, you provide a high-touch service to stakeholders that ensures recruitment information is processed and recorded appropriately.

Experience in using Success Factors and SAPHR is highly desirable.

We may use this recruitment to create a talent pool for similar ongoing or temporary vacancies we have over the next 18 months.

**The essential requirements for this role**

You must:

- be willing to do a Criminal Record Check and/or Working with Children Check
- hold Australian or NZ citizenship, Australian Permanent Residency (for ongoing vacancies) or a valid visa to work in Australia (for temporary vacancies)
