Investment Governance and Portfolio Management Lead
This role requires a skilled professional to govern capital investments, ensure alignment with the Portfolio Governance Framework and drive the adoption of a consistent value framework for investment prioritization across the portfolio.
You will oversee and manage a portfolio of capital investments, ensuring alignment with the overall investment strategy and objectives, and facilitate the investment approval process, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to secure necessary approvals and funding.
Responsibilities will include:
1. Developing and maintaining the Portfolio Governance Framework and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
2. Governing capital investments, ensuring alignment with the Portfolio Governance Framework and driving the adoption of a consistent value framework for investment prioritization across the portfolio.
3. Overseeing and managing a portfolio of capital investments, ensuring alignment with the overall investment strategy and objectives.
4. Facilitating the investment approval process, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to secure necessary approvals and funding.
5. Tracking and reporting on the performance of various projects and initiatives within the portfolio.
6. Identifying and escalating any deviations, risks or opportunities to the Manager of Capital Governance & Performance.
7. Ensuring robust capital governance by overseeing the allocation, utilization, and monitoring of capital investments, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
8. Providing continuous oversight and governance of investment projects, ensuring they remain aligned with strategic objectives and comply with governance frameworks.
9. Preparing and presenting detailed reports on portfolio performance, project status, and strategic initiatives to senior executives and the board of directors.
