Job Overview

To drive business application optimisation and ensure compliance and security standards, we seek a professional to lead our application and integration initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

* Maximise existing business applications to meet organisational goals through strategic planning and collaboration with stakeholders.
* Manage small-scale application projects from planning through delivery, ensuring timely completion and meeting quality standards.
* Provide level two support and coordinate with vendors for issue resolution and system updates, guaranteeing seamless operations.
* Develop training sessions and create documentation for users, enhancing their knowledge and skills.
* Configure, maintain and upgrade application systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
* Monitor application performance and recommend improvements to the senior management team.
* Manage software licensing and patching schedules to maintain up-to-date systems.
* Administer user access and participate in testing and change management processes to ensure data integrity and security.


Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, with a focus on software development and project management.
* Proven experience configuring and integrating enterprise applications, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
* Track record managing business critical applications, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime.
* Experience leading process improvement initiatives, resulting in cost savings and increased efficiency.
* Ability to create training materials and deliver sessions to varied audiences, promoting effective communication and knowledge transfer.
* Strong documentation skills, with the ability to develop clear and concise technical documents.
* Experience with software updates and compliance frameworks, ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to industry standards.
* Project delivery skills using structured methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall.
* Testing and deployment experience with adherence to change management processes, minimising risk and maximising success.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
