Position: Sales and Marketing Manager

$135,000 per annual plus superannuation

Recent corporate restructuring, validated by our Chartered Accountants, led to the establishment of JSFS AU PTY LTD in 2022, streamlining operations and paving the way for ambitious market expansion. Significant investments in premium property assets across South Australia and Victoria further attest to our bold growth strategy.



Role Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to join our state-based company. As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and increase market share in South Australia and interstate. Create new business opportunities and maintain the existing market shares in overseas countries. This role requires a strong blend of leadership, creativity, and analytical skills to effectively position our company's products in the market.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales Strategy Development:


• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.


• Identify and prioritise key target markets, segments, and accounts to maximise sales opportunities.


• Collaborate with the executive team to establish sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics.


• Lead the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring

customer satisfaction and retention.

Marketing Strategy and Campaigns:


• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement.


• Utilise market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation.


• Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and digital assets, to support sales efforts.

Team Leadership and Development:


• Lead and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve individual and team goals.


• Provide coaching, training, and support to enhance the skills and performance of team members.


• Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture that emphasises accountability and continuous improvement.

Customer Relationship Management:


• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, main channel connections, and industry stakeholders.


• Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to drive sales and gather feedback.

Market Analysis and Business Development:


• Monitor industry trends, the competitive landscape, and regulatory developments to identify growth opportunities and potential threats.


• Evaluate new market segments, geographic regions, and distribution channels for expansion opportunities.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess product performance, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans.

Skills and experience:


• Proven track record of success in sales and marketing roles over 3 years.


• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve targets and deliver results.


• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.


• English and Chinese languages speaking applicants are preferred.


• Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.


• Proficiency in CRM software, the Microsoft Office suite, and digital marketing tools.


• Ability to travel nationally for customer meetings, conferences, and industry events.
