Position: Sales Support Executive

We seek a Sales Support Executive to join our APAC team, supporting sales and trade marketing activities to enhance business profit. You will coordinate trade marketing and campaign initiatives across global markets, acting as a key contact for trade accounts in APAC and internationally, ensuring brand-specific sales execution.
This role involves supporting sales support, trade/B2B marketing, expo attendance, and customer service during peak sales periods. You will also assist with tasks related to Travel Studio, Salesforce, API, and agent portal projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage brochure distribution and creative assets for trade partners
Monitor competitor activities and manage merchandise delivery
Coordinate agent incentives, training, and campaign activities
Support trade expos and events, ensuring alignment with sales goals
Assist with trade marketing campaigns and communications
Support online content updates for affiliates and partners
Provide troubleshooting support for Travel Studio and perform ad-hoc sales tasks
CST Sales Support (20-30%)
Support reports and cross-checks, OTA bookings, refunds, and project tasks
Requirements:
Experience in sales or marketing, preferably in travel
Knowledge of booking or CRM platforms beneficial
Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills
Willingness to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment
