Are you known for your attention to detail and high‐quality finishes? We are seeking an experienced Silicone / Caulking Installer to join our Façades Solutions team at our Eagle Farm facility. This is a factory‐based, production line role specialising in two‐part silicone application to commercially glazed windows. This position also carries a team leader component, where you will lead by example, support quality outcomes, and assist in training a small team to maintain high workmanship standards.
The Role
* Application of two‐part silicone to commercially glazed windows
* Ensuring a neat, consistent, and professional finish on all silicone work
* Maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and attention to detail
* Chemical handling in line with safety procedures
* Leading and supporting a small team, including on‐the‐job training
* Monitoring workmanship standards across the production line
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation
* Contributing to a safe, organised, and efficient work environment
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years' experience in silicone or caulking application
* Proven experience handling two‐part silicone systems
* High‐quality workmanship with strong attention to detail
* Experience in the windows and doors or glazing industry (essential)
* Previous team leader or mentoring experience, with the ability to train others
* Strong reliability, work ethic, and communication skills
* Experience with chemical handling and adherence to safety protocols
* First Aid Certificate (preferred but not essential)
