 
        
        **Harbour Lane Furniture & Bedding** is looking for a dynamic and experienced **Store Supervisor** to lead our flagship store in Traralgon, VIC. As a key member of our team, you will handle overseeing all aspects of store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Team Management**: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets. 
- **Sales Performance**: Drive sales initiatives, implement merchandising strategies, and analyse sales data to find opportunities for growth. 
- **Customer Service**: Ensure a positive and memorable shopping experience for customers, addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly. 
- **Operations Management**: Manage day-to-day store operations, including inventory control, visual merchandising, and compliance with company policies and procedures. 
- **Financial Management**: Check store performance against financial goals, analyse budgets, and implement cost-saving measures.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the furniture or homewares industry. 
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire a team. 
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
- Strong organizational and time management abilities. 
- Proficient in computer systems and retail management software.
