Role Description
We are currently seeking passionate and motivated Real Estate Sales Agents to join our team in bothpart-time and full-time capacities. This role will involve:
* Managing property listings and coordinating marketing efforts
* Conducting property viewings and open inspections
* Handling negotiations and facilitating property sales
* Delivering outstanding customer service
* Maintaining accurate records in compliance with legal and industry standards
* Staying informed on market trends and buyer behaviour
* Contributing to sales strategies and achieving individual and team targets
* Supporting projects that align with sustainability and eco-conscious practices
You'll work closely with our collaborative team to promote responsible real estate development and help buyers and sellers make informed, eco-friendly decisions.
Qualifications
* Experience in Real Estate Sales or a related field
* Strong customer service and client relationship-building skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
* Effective negotiation and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage time, meet deadlines, and juggle competing priorities
* Familiarity with or interest in sustainable, green building practices
* Cert IV or Diploma in Real Estate, Business, or a related field (preferred)
Key Selection Criteria
1. Real Estate Experience & Licensing
Demonstrated real estate sales experience with a strong understanding of sales cycles, property marketing, and closing deals. A valid Real Estate License is mandatory.
2. Customer Service & Relationship Management
Proven track record of delivering high-quality client service and building long-term relationships based on trust and transparency.
3. Communication & Negotiation Skills
Excellent interpersonal communication and confident negotiation skills. Able to mediate and secure fair, successful outcomes for clients.
4. Organisational & Time Management
Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and meeting important deadlines.
5. Team Collaboration
Ability to thrive in a supportive team environment and contribute positively to team culture and shared goals.
6. Market Awareness
Solid knowledge of real estate market trends, buyer/seller behaviors, and property values. Ability to adjust strategies accordingly.
7. Sustainability & Eco-Conscious Values
Passion for environmentally responsible living and understanding of sustainable building methods, energy-efficient systems, and nature-friendly design.
8. Community Engagement
Willingness to actively support and promote community projects, educational events, and initiatives that encourage environmental awareness and land stewardship.
9. Digital & Technical Competency
Proficiency with real estate software, CRM tools, online listing platforms, and digital communication technologies.
10. Qualifications
Tertiary education in Real Estate, Business, Sustainability, Environmental Science, or a related field is desirable but not essential.

* National Police Check
* An own car and a driving licence are required
