Overview

Head of Customer Success – Remote | Client-Focused Leadership Role. We are an international provider of personal development and leadership education programs, supporting clients in more than 100 countries. Our aim is to help professionals from diverse sectors—including healthcare, education, technology, and law—achieve greater clarity, direction, and results in both their professional and personal lives. The opportunity focuses on guiding prospective and new clients through onboarding, with a performance-based, commission-only structure.

Responsibilities

- Conduct outreach campaigns using platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook (training provided)
- Lead structured discovery calls to explore fit and support client decision-making
- Build rapport with prospective clients through professional and value-driven conversations
- Guide clients through onboarding and early engagement stages
- Maintain ongoing communication using digital tools such as video conferencing, email, and CRM systems
- Collaborate with peers to share best practices and enhance client experiences
- Participate in regular training sessions to strengthen communication, service, and leadership skills

Requirements

- At least 5 years of experience in client success, account management, consultative sales, or related roles
- Ability to conduct outreach campaigns using platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook (training provided)
- Ability to lead structured discovery calls to explore fit and support client decision-making
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Comfortable using CRM systems, online meeting tools, and scheduling platforms
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote environment
- An interest in personal development and leadership topics
