About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and committedStudio Managerto lead our Brisbane OPERATIONS team. This role is integral to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, delivering exceptional client experiences, and maintaining our creative, dynamic workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily studio operations, ensuring efficiency, professionalism, and 5-star client experiences.
* Lead, train, manage, and scheduleAssistants to maintain high performance standards.
* Uphold all TPS policies, procedures, and OH&S requirements.
* Manage studio stock, equipment, facilities, and creative sets in consultation with the Head of Creatives.
* Monitor and report on team performance, supporting continuous learning and development.
* Ensure effective file management and backup processes.
* Build and maintain strong internal stakeholder relationships and effective relationships with suppliers.
* Provide monthly operational reports against KPIs.
About You
We are looking for a passionate industry professional with:
* Minimum 3+ years of experience and an established track record in a leadership role within the photo, creative, or related industry.
* Proven management skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands in a demanding environment.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, written and oral, across all levels of an organisation.
* Exceptional organisational capabilities, including focus on detail.
* Proven ability to work collaboratively with other departments
* Creativity and awareness of current trends and pop culture.
* Commitment to 5-star customer service and inclusive workplace values.
