Your Responsibilities
* Welcome and engage guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
* Take and process food and beverage orders, offer thoughtful recommendations, and address guest inquiries or concerns.
* Deliver prompt, accurate service with impeccable presentation standards.
* Assist with inventory management, ordering, and stock rotation to ensure freshness and minimise waste.
* Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, including polishing cutlery and tableware.
* Manage reservations and guest bookings efficiently.
* Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen, bar, housekeeping, and front-of-house teams for smooth service flow.
* Attend regular team meetings and training sessions.
* Uphold all health, safety, and hygiene standards, reporting any maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
About You
* Current Victorian RSA.
* Previous experience in a similar premium dining role.
* Basic wine knowledge (WSET or similar is a plus).
* Ability to prepare classic cocktails.
* Availability for evening and late dinner service.
* Full working rights in Australia.
* Proficient in English, confident in engaging guests with compelling storytelling.
* Passionate about hospitality and committed to career growth.
* Self-motivated, energetic, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
* Positive, solutions-focused, and equipped with a can-do attitude.
