About the Role
As a Relationship Analyst within the Regional Team, you will provide valuable support to Account Managers, enabling them to develop new business, manage existing client accounts, and help clients achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as an additional formal point of contact for clients and client advisors.
* Oversee client journeys from request to settlement.
* Initiate prudential management tasks at the branch level.
* Conduct comprehensive risk analysis for Compliance Due Diligence (CDD) and Know Your Client (KYC) requirements.
Coaching and Mentorship
You will draw upon your skills and experience to coach and mentor other team members, contributing to the growth and development of the team.
Skills and Experience
* Prior experience in food and agribusiness, with a focus on relationship-building.
* A positive attitude, prioritizing client satisfaction.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong analytical skills, with a solid understanding of agribusiness financial literacy.
