Your Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Training Manager to join DuluxGroup. You will be responsible for delivering impactful sales training to enhance our sales teams' capabilities across various business units (SBUs). Working closely with the Sales Learning and Development Manager (SLDM), you will play a pivotal role in equipping our teams with the tools to excel in a fast-paced environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about sales training and development to shape the future of our sales teams.
Your responsibilities include collaborating across SBUs to co-create and deliver tailored learning programs that foster growth, improve customer relationships, and drive performance. You will work with key stakeholders and leaders to ensure our sales teams access high-quality learning experiences aligned with business objectives. If you are proactive, adaptable, and highly organized with a passion for training and leadership development, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
* Co-design and deliver engaging, fit-for-purpose training programs based on sales curriculum and pathways.
* Partner with the Sales L&D Manager to develop innovative learning initiatives that address skills gaps and enhance capabilities.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and continuous improvement.
* Offer coaching and feedback to maximize learning impact and application.
* Provide input on measuring capability uplift and time-to-competency to improve training effectiveness.

Skills & Experience
* Tertiary qualifications in Education, Business, or related fields (highly advantageous).
* Extensive facilitation experience (4+ years) with adult learning methodologies.
* Proven ability to build partnerships and influence stakeholders and teams.
* Growth mindset with a passion for learning and innovative training approaches.
* High-level coaching skills focused on performance improvement.
