The Role
Based in our Perth branch in Bassendean and reporting to the Operations Supervisor, this position is responsible for co-ordinating the transportation of containers within the Branch and the delivery and pick-up of United Rentals (UR) products at customer locations and third-party depots. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the movement of containers in and out of the Branch and third-party depots.
- Liaise with transport companies, freight forwarders and internal stakeholders.
- Process documentation for the movements of containers.
- Prepare daily reports on stock movements.
- Assist in conducting stock takes for the Branch.
About You
- Have minimum two years’ experience in a administration and/or customer service role.
- Intermediate skill in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Be productive and accurate in your data entry.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Be self-motivated, well organised and have a ‘can do attitude’.
- Have a strong capacity to adapt quickly to the requirements of a new job.
