The Role
This is a senior leadership role responsible for delivering complex evaluation programs while building strong, trusted client relationships. You’ll combine strategic oversight with hands-on delivery, playing a key role in business growth, methodological leadership, and team development.
* Leading large, complex evaluation and research projects from design to delivery
* Acting as the primary client contact and trusted advisor on major government engagements
* Designing innovative qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-method evaluation methodologies
* Translating complex evidence into clear, persuasive insights and recommendations
* Presenting findings to senior stakeholders, executives, and decision-makers
* Driving proposal development and contributing to business growth strategies
* Mentoring and developing junior and mid-level team members
* Contributing to thought leadership and knowledge sharing across the organisation
About You
You’re a senior social research leader/evaluator who enjoys operating at both strategic and delivery levels. You’re confident engaging with senior stakeholders, shaping methodologies, and guiding teams to deliver high-quality, impactful work.
* 10+ years’ experience in research, evaluation, or consulting environments
* Deep expertise across qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
* Strong commercial acumen and experience managing complex client portfolios
* Proven ability to lead large projects and multidisciplinary teams
* Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
* Lead work that directly influences public policy and societal outcomes
