What You'll Be Doing
* Managing client portfolios with proactive tax planning and compliance.
* Reviewing and signing off on financials, tax returns, and BASs.
* Coaching junior and intermediate staff, because we grow together.
* Collaborating with clients to solve real business challenges.
What We're Looking For
* 5+ years in public practice accounting.
* CA/CPA qualified (or close to it).
* Confident communicator who thrives in client meetings.
* Tech-savvy with tools like Xero, FYI Docs, ATO Mate, and more.
* A team player who's curious, driven, and ready to lead.
