About this role
As Picking Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading, motivating, and supporting a team of pickers to ensure daily harvest targets are met — safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards across our Warragul Glasshouses. You'll work closely with the Harvest Manager and be hands-on in managing the day-to-day operations across our glasshouse harvesting areas.
What you will be doing
* Supervise and coordinate picking teams
* Monitor performance and productivity to meet business goals
* Provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to team members
* Conduct regular checks and adjustments to optimize output
* Collaborate with other supervisors to ensure smooth site operations
