About The Role
An exciting permanent opportunity for a Customer Service / Selection Centre Coordinator to join our PGH Selection Centre in Thomastown, VIC. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be accountable for the daily operations at the Thomastown Selection Centre. You will also assist the broader Customer Service Team and focus on providing exceptional service to our customers who visit the site.
A typical day looks like...
* Providing exceptional service and building ongoing professional relationships with our customers who visit the Selection Centre.
* Assisting the Customer Service and Sales Teams with order processing and phone calls.
* Ensuring the selection centre both internally and externally is attractive and well maintained.
* Resolving customer concerns and offering solutions for positive outcomes.
* Organising product samples for customers and ensuring our sample rooms are stocked and maintained at all times.
* Providing feedback to the business for the improvement of products and processes.
Hours of work
Monday to Thursday, 7:30 am–4:00 pm.
About You
* Have enthusiasm with exceptional communication skills.
* Be passionate about customer service with suitable experience to match.
* Computer skills and a willingness to learn.
* Hands on attitude.
