The BelRose Group has been exclusively engaged by OneCare to recruit a HR Advisor to join its Corporate Office team in Hobart. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with leaders across the organisation while being part of a highly supportive and flexible HR function.

The HR Advisor plays a key role in providing practical, timely and accurate human resources advice to managers and employees. Working as part of a collaborative HR team, the role supports the organisation's strategic objectives through strong generalist practice and trusted relationships with stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
Providing day to day HR advice across recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, employee relations and off boarding
Supporting managers with the interpretation and application of industrial awards, enterprise agreements and relevant legislation
Coaching and supporting leaders to effectively manage performance, conduct and development matters
Special projects to evolve systems and processes
Contributing to HR reporting for senior leaders as required
The ideal candidate profile:
Experience in a human resources generalist role, ideally with previous experience in a similar position
A qualification in human resources or equivalent practical experience
Sound knowledge of employment legislation and the ability to apply it in a service delivery environment
Strong relationship building skills with the ability to work constructively with a wide range of stakeholders
Well-developed organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
A team focused approach and genuine alignment with a caring, values driven organisation
