Talent Acquisition Specialist
The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality recruitment outcomes across the national business.
* Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
* Partner with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver effective sourcing and recruitment strategies.
* Ensure compliance with Employee Due Diligence requirements, including reference checks, VEVO / right-to-work, and background screening.
Key skills required include:
* Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment, ideally within both in-house and agency environments.
* Strong understanding of recruitment strategy, with confidence to hit the ground running and contribute to building out the approach during the 12-month contract.
* Familiarity with Workday is highly desirable.
