Revenue Collector
We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Revenue Collector. The primary purpose of this role is to be a proactive member of the team, providing high-level customer service to the community and managing outstanding debt recovery.
* Advise the community on revenue matters, analysing data to drive business performance.
* Communicate with key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, resolving technical issues related to revenue services.
* Prepare and process documentation and reports associated with revenue in accordance with legislative requirements and policy.
* Assist in raising Annual Levy, Supplementary Land Valuations, Permissible Workpapers, Re-Valuation of Land as directed by the Revenue Coordinator.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and services provided by the role and team.
The ideal candidate will possess strong administration skills, proven experience in debt recovery, and the ability to evaluate and prioritise conflicting responsibilities. You should be able to provide the best outcome for our community, demonstrate integrity in your decisions, and work well within a small team and autonomously.
Requirements:
* Certificate IV in Finance or equivalent qualification.
* Four years' experience in a related environment.
* Class C Driver Licence.
