Brand Marketing Manager Role Overview
This is a 12-month fixed term contract covering maternity leave. The role combines home working with our Head Office site, with occasional work from sites across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of Brand Marketing Executives and a Content Production Executive.
* Support the Brand Director in achieving targets through effective marketing activity and market-leading merchandising.
* Collaborate with management peers to ensure a joined-up plan across all marketing activity.
* Enhance the brand by supporting the overall Group Marketing Plan and consistently producing high-quality work.
* Ensure activities are effective and measurable with a focus on ROI and performance tracking.
* Oversee digital merchandising activities for the brand(s), ensuring consistency and impact across platforms.
* Maintain high standards for in-store merchandising, reflecting brand identity and enhancing customer experience.
* Measure marketing activity, including tagging and tracking, to evaluate effectiveness and ROI.
Essential Qualifications:
* Experience leading high-performing marketing teams or equivalent.
* A customer-centric approach with a commitment to continuous improvement.
* Competence in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and other applications as required.
* Strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
* Ability to support operational aspects of the business.
* Decisive decision-making skills around campaign design and channel spend.
* Accuracy and interest in measuring activity and ROI.
* An energetic approach to seasonal spikes in workload.
* A drive to develop colleagues.
* A valid driving licence with limited points.
