Pay & Benefits (DOE)
We are open to discussing remuneration based on experience and capability:
* $55–$65 per hour + Super (DOE)
* 9 day fortnight
* Company vehicle provided
* Full-time, stable work with consistent pipeline
* Quality systems and operational support

The Opportunity
We are open to hiring across multiple levels, including:
* Qualified Solar Electricians
* Senior Solar & Battery Electricians
* Electrical Supervisors / Leading Hands
Depending on your experience, you will be involved in:
* Solar and battery installations (residential & commercial)
* Pre-site and post-install inspections
* System design input and technical support
* Service and troubleshooting work
* Leading crews, mentoring apprentices, or supervising installs
* Ensuring compliance with Australian Standards and safety requirements
Your role will be shaped around your experience and strengths.
About You
We’re keen to speak with electricians who:
* Hold a current A-grade electrical licence
* Have solar installation experience (SAA accreditation highly regarded)
* Take pride in quality workmanship and safety
* Are reliable, professional and customer-focused
* Want long-term stability and growth, not just a short-term gig
* Are open to stepping into senior or leadership roles (if experienced)
