About the role We are seeking a Service & Scheduling Administrator to join a well-regarded organisation within the healthcare sector. Based at their Milton office, you'll be the first point of contact for clients and play a key role in ensuring service operations run seamlessly. Your day-to-day will include: Scheduling work for technicians through Salesforce and other systems. Coordinating and managing spare parts inventory at the branch. Handling inbound calls and customer enquiries with professionalism and care. Supporting technicians and liaising with internal teams nationally. Staying calm and solutions-focused while managing multiple systems and stakeholders. This is a standalone role in Queensland, backed by a supportive national admin team, with close working relationships across service, sales, and management. About you You're agile, adaptable, and confident working with multiple systems at once. You'll thrive in a fast-paced role that requires juggling priorities, staying level-headed under pressure, and building strong relationships with both customers and colleagues. We'd love to hear from you if you have: Strong customer service and administration skills. Tech-savviness and confidence navigating different platforms (Salesforce experience ideal).
