The Role As an Accountant, you'll play a pivotal role in a close-knit, collaborative environment. You’ll take ownership across a broad range of tax consultancy, accountancy, and business advisory services for a diverse portfolio of SMEs ranging in turnover from $1m-$50m. Day to Day Preparation and reviewal of financial statements for all entities. Preparation and lodgement of BAS and FBT returns. Ensure compliance with relevant Accounting Standards. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Manage WIP to ensure jobs are completed on time and within budget. Provide management reporting, financial analysis, advice, and corporate advisory services. Providing training and support to junior team members. About you Completing or completed CA or CPA. 2years experience in an Australian public practice environment. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Excellent time management, attention to detail, and communication Proactive, self-motivated, and committed to meeting deadlines. Prior experience with Xero is essential.
