WE'RE HIRING – LICENSED CONVEYANCER
Location: Bairnsdale, Victoria
Position: Licensed Conveyancer/ Conveyancing assistant
Salary Package: $60,000 per annum (based on experience)
We are seeking an experienced Licensed Conveyancer to join our growing conveyancing practice in Bairnsdale, VIC.
About the Role
The successful candidate will manage conveyancing files from start to finish, including:
* Sale and purchase transactions
* Contract preparation and review
* Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and solicitors
* PEXA settlements
* Ensuring compliance with Victorian conveyancing requirements
About You
* Hold a current Victorian Conveyancer's Licence (not mandatory)
* Minimum 1–2 years conveyancing experience preferred
* Strong knowledge of Victorian property transactions
* Confident using PEXA
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and manage files efficiently
