Job Role:
We are seeking a skilled professional to undertake electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks in Watford and Cambridge. This role requires a background in either electrical or mechanical disciplines with relevant qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver planned preventative maintenance for building services.
* Carry out planned, reactive, and small works such as emergency light testing and HVAC ppm.
* Maintain premises to an exceptionally high standard.
* Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and maintain site documentation.
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 2-3 in electrical or mechanical discipline.
* 18th Edition qualification.
* Ability to undertake remedial and reactive repairs with minimal supervision.
