THE OPPORTUNITY
If you're looking for security, stability and patient flow: a A 5-chair practice in Launceston is seeking general dentists to join on a full-time or part-time basis (minimum 2 days/week). The practice is experiencing strong patient growth, with high demand for restorative, crown, cosmetic, implant, and Invisalign work.
You'll work alongside experienced clinicians, with access to regular case discussions and mentorship, but with full clinical autonomy. These are not high-pressure corporate environments; you'll be part of a not-for-profit, values-based organisation with a focus on accessibility, affordability, and quality care for the Tasmanian community.

What's on offer:
* Schedule: Full-time or part-time (min. 2 days/week)
* Earnings: Salary model $160k–$220k + bonus (up to 10% base) + allowances ($10k) + 12% super
* Relocation assistance: $3k–$10k for interstate candidates
* Technology: OPG, ADEC chairs, intraoral scanners, iTero (coming), 3D printer (coming), small in-house lab in Launceston
* Clinical Scope: General dentistry, RCT, veneers, implants, Invisalign, oral surgery
* Support: Experienced dentists on-site, clinical advisor available for guidance

ABOUT YOU
* 2–10 years' Australian experience preferred
* Confident with a broad range of general dentistry
* ADC grads considered with Australian experience
* AHPRA registered (no conditions)
* Team-oriented, values-based approach
* Current professional indemnity insurance
