BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Base pay range: A$130,000.00/yr - A$150,000.00/yr. This role is aligned with the Australian owned Lineage Group and focuses on South-East Queensland and Northern NSW across all market segments. Package indicative: circa $110,000 plus super and car allowance plus performance bonus. This description reflects the company’s focus on HVAC and BAS markets, with a strong customer service ethic.

About the role: Reporting to the General Manager of Projects, you will identify commercial sales opportunities across Projects and Service for Queensland.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth across South-East Queensland and Northern NSW
- Identify and convert new commercial opportunities across sales and service
- Drive business development and marketing initiatives to raise market awareness
- Work closely with end user clients, specifiers, consultants and builders
- Key account management with existing customers
- Grow the service division through new contracts
