Your New Role
As a Field Service Technician, your responsibilities will include:
Prioritising personal and business safety at all timesConducting testing of lifting equipment on-site and off-sitePerforming maintenance and service repairs on productsDelivering excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyaltyTravelling to customer sites either DIDO or FIFO when and as requiredCollaborating with the support team to ensure effective communication and issue resolution
What You Will Bring With You
Excellent communication and customer service skillsStrong problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to troubleshootingDemonstrated experience in manufacturing - preferred but not essentialValid driver's license - DIDO will be required and ability to FIFO from Kalgoorlie to customer sitesCapability to work in a physically demanding role and at heights
