We are partnering with a leading financial services organisation to recruit an experienced AI Business Analyst to join a major finance transformation program focused on automating key finance and accounting processes. This role sits at the intersection of business and technology, working closely with Solution Architects, technology teams and finance stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and process improvement. As the AI Business Analyst, you will play a key role in analysing current finance processes and helping design future-state solutions that leverage AI and automation technologies. Key responsibilities include: Analyse and map current finance and accounting processes Identify opportunities for AI-enabled automation and operational efficiency Collaborate closely with Solution Architects and technology teams to translate business requirements into solution designs Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define future state processes Develop business requirements, functional specifications, and process documentation Support delivery teams throughout the solution design and implementation lifecycle Drive process improvement and automation initiatives across finance operations To be successful in this role, you will bring: Demonstrated experience working on AI projects as a Business Analyst Strong background in business process analysis and improvement Experience working across business and technology teams Ability to collaborate effectively with Solution Architects and technical delivery teams Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills Experience within finance, accounting, or finance transformation programs is highly desirable Financial services experience is advantageous This is a great opportunity to work on a high-impact transformation program leveraging AI to modernise finance operations within a large enterprise environment.
