Estimator Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to join our team. As a key member of the estimating team, you will be responsible for accurately determining and calculating materials and trades required based on contract documentation, plans, and selections.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyse plans and project documentation to ensure consistency
* Coordinate amendments to ensure documentation is consistent before going into construction
* Complete take-off quantities of material, labour, and plant from plans and project documentation
* Issue and maintain purchase orders in accordance with current agreements and methods of measurement
* Check supplier quotations to ensure they include all necessary items for completion of quoted works
* Review and process ETS invoices

Requirements:
* Experience in residential construction industry
* Understanding of Building Code of Australia and BASIX
* Great computer skills with medium to advanced knowledge of Excel
* High attention to detail with ability to meet deadlines and strive to reach targets
* Keen to learn and grow within construction industry
