Overview
Senior Lawyer/Senior Associate (minimum 4 PQE) required to join our Banking & Financial Services team in Perth. You will work under Partners Rohan Mishra and Kate Casellas in a busy transactional practice supporting corporate entities, financial institutions and international funds.
Responsibilities
* Work on a broad range of transactional matters for corporate entities, financial institutions and international funds.
* Collaborate with senior lawyers and other practice areas to deliver high quality legal services.
* Contribute to industry‐leading deals and innovative financing structures.
Qualifications
* Minimum 4 PQE in law.
* Ideally experience in a similar role or private practice.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with impact.
* Intellectually inquisitive and eager to learn.
* Collegial mindset and teamwork orientation.
