Proximity is seeking a skilled Bid Manager to join our team in Canberra. This role involves developing client proposals, bid responses, tender submissions and supporting business development efforts.
The successful candidate will ensure data integrity within our practice management system and contribute to our reporting requirements.
1. Developing and managing bid documents and proposals.
2. Collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders.
3. Maintaining accurate data within our systems.
4. Supporting business development initiatives and client engagement strategies.
Ideal candidates will have proven experience in bid writing and tender preparation, excellent communication skills, attention to detail and effective project management abilities.
